Verify modem APN

Follow these steps to verify the access point name (APN) corresponds to your modem.

1. Connect your modem to your computer by following the steps found in Connect modem to web interface.

2. Once you have logged in, navigate to the WAN/Cellular tab. On the WAN/Cellular tab, click SIM Slot 1 Configuration on the left menu. Under SIM Slot 1 Configuration, verify the APN in use matches the APN given to you by your service provider.

   

3. If the APN doesn’t match, use the Override APN field to enter the correct APN and click Apply.

   NOTE:

   If you are unsure which APN your modem should be using, check with your cellular service provider. If Campbell Scientific provides your cellular service, the APN is listed on your provisioning report.
