Search Menu

Use Search menu options to scan the program for a text string and optionally replace that string with another text string. Note that most of these options also use the standard Windows shortcut keys. For a list of keyboard shortcuts, click the Tools menu and select Show Keyboard Shortcuts.

• Find: Enter a search string. When Find Next is selected, the Editor attempts to find the first occurrence of the string. 
• Replace: Enter a search string and replacement text for that string. When Find Next is selected, the Editor attempts to find the first occurrence of the string. When the string is found, select Replace to replace the string with the new text, or select Find Next to skip to the next occurrence.
• Find Next: Finds the next occurrence of a Find or Find/Replace action.
